My Name is Tertius Barnard or Coach-T. I believe fitness is more than sets and reps, it’s a powerful tool to build confidence, manage stress, and create the energy and resilience you need to show up fully in every part of life.

Why I Do This:

I love helping people create healthier lives. I’ve seen firsthand how consistent training transforms bodies and how it fundamentally shifts how people handle life’s pressures. Exercise is one of the most reliable ways to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and gain control when everything else feels unpredictable. That’s why I focus on training that strengthens both your body and your ability to cope with stress.

  • Balanced and sustainable: I combine strength, mobility, and conditioning work with recovery strategies so you feel better, not burned out.

  • Stress-aware coaching: I use breathing, movement quality, and mindful progressions to help regulate nervous system responses and build resilience.
